Dipped develops its own recipes, fillings and finishes. The rotating menu gives customers new flavours to explore, while the flavour vault records past creations and customer reviews.

Ordering to production
Customers’ box selections feed baking and packing plans. Available delivery dates, windows and postcode coverage connect the online experience to the work of fulfilling each order.

Delivery operations
The Delivery Centre brings packing, customer contact and delivery management together. Daylight and evening routes are managed separately, with RouteXL supporting route planning.
