Place Your Order
Browse our weekly rotating menu from Monday to Sunday. Select your cookies, choose "Delivery" at checkout, and enter your Auckland address.
Orders close Sunday at midnight. We recommend ordering early in the week to secure your favourite flavours before they sell out.

Every cookie is baked fresh to order at our Auckland micro-bakery. We never pre-bake or freeze—your cookies are made the day they're delivered.
Our bakers carefully prepare each cookie with premium ingredients, decorative frostings, and artistic toppings that make our cookies special.
Careful Packaging
Cookies are placed in our custom thick-card packaging with protective lids. Temperature-sensitive items are kept cool, and everything is secured to prevent shifting during transport.

Friday delivery: Order by Thursday 12pm for Friday after 4pm

Doorstep Drop & Text Alert
We gently place your package at your door and immediately send you a text message notification. We don't knock or ring the doorbell—out of respect for you, your family, and any pets who might get excited.
No signature required. Keep your phone nearby during the delivery window and retrieve your cookies within 4 hours for best texture.

No Doorbell Ring
We respect your privacy and your pets! We'll drop cookies at your door and text you—we won't knock or ring the doorbell. Keep your phone nearby during delivery hours.
Delivery Windows
Friday deliveries (order by Thursday 12pm) and Monday deliveries (order by Sunday midnight) both happen after 4pm. You'll receive email updates about your specific delivery day.
Storage After Arrival
Refrigerate cookies with frosting within 4 hours of delivery for best taste and texture. They'll stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to a month.

What if I'm not home when my cookies are delivered?
No problem! You don't need to be home. We'll leave your cookies in their protective packaging at your doorstep and send you a text notification.
Just make sure to bring them inside within 4 hours for optimal freshness, and refrigerate cookies with frosting as soon as possible.
Can I specify a delivery time?
We deliver along an optimized route, so we can't guarantee specific time slots. However, all deliveries occur after 4pm on Friday or Monday, when most people are home from work.
You'll receive email updates on your delivery day, and a text message the moment your cookies arrive.
What if my cookies arrive damaged?
We take every precaution to deliver your cookies in perfect condition. However, if anything arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately with photos.
We'll issue a refund or replacement for improperly frosted cookies, missing decorative elements, or cookies that arrive inedible due to delivery issues.
Do you deliver to apartments and businesses?
Yes! We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses. For apartment buildings, please provide clear instructions in the delivery notes (buzzer code, unit number, etc.).
For office deliveries, we'll leave the package at reception or the main entrance and notify you via text.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes must be requested before Sunday at midnight (when the week's orders close). After that, our delivery routes are finalized and changes aren't possible.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address, and we'll do our best to accommodate if timing allows.
How do I track my delivery?
You'll receive email updates throughout the process: order confirmation, when your cookies are being baked, and on your delivery day.
