Careful Packaging
Cookies are placed in our custom thick-card packaging with protective lids. Frosted items are secured so nothing shifts during transport.
Doorstep Drop & Text Alert
We place your package at your front door and immediately text you. We don't knock or ring the doorbell β out of respect for you, your family, and your pets.
If we can't access your door (locked gate, no entry, unable to contact you), we'll leave your package in the closest safe place and contact you directly. It is your responsibility to ensure we can access your property and to collect your cookies promptly if we cannot reach your door.

π Delivery Instructions β Use Them!
When you place your order, there's a "Delivery Instructions" field at checkout. We strongly recommend filling this in. It's displayed prominently to our delivery drivers and we always read this section β it makes a real difference.
Here's the kind of information that helps us deliver smoothly:
Apartments: Your unit/apartment number, buzzer code, which floor, and whether there's a concierge or intercom. Hotels: The hotel name, your room number, and the name the booking is under. Gated properties: Gate codes, PIN numbers, or whether to call/text on arrival. Long driveways: Whether to drive up or leave at the letterbox. Any landmarks or turn-offs. Rural addresses: Road name clarity, any shared driveways, dog warnings, or access notes. Businesses: Company name, which floor or entrance, reception details. General: "Leave at back door", "Don't knock β baby sleeping", "Leave with neighbour at #42".
π± Keep Your Phone Handy
Our drivers may need to call or text you if they have questions about your delivery β a tricky address, a locked gate, or something unexpected. Make sure your phone is nearby on delivery day and please pick up if you see a call from an unknown number.
If we're unable to deliver for any reason (no access, incorrect address, no response), your order may be rescheduled for delivery on the following delivery day. This is rare β 99.99% of orders are delivered successfully on the first attempt.
After your delivery
Important information about what happens once your order arrives.
π Our Post-Delivery Policy
Once your desserts have been delivered, responsibility for the order passes onto you. We always recommend that your desserts are collected and stored as soon as possible after delivery.
Our policies do not cover store credits, refunds, partial refunds, or other compensation for issues that happen after delivery has been completed. For example:
- Desserts spoiling due to a delay in collection
- Package theft
- Ants, insects, or pests getting into your packages
- Rain or weather damage
We can only help in cases where issues occurred before delivery was completed. If something is wrong with your order on arrival (damaged, incorrect, quality issue), please contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right.
πͺ Property Access
We will deliver to your front door wherever possible. However, if we are unable to access your door due to a locked gate, restricted entry, no intercom response, or any other barrier, we will leave your package in the closest safe location and contact you directly.
It is your responsibility to ensure we can access your property and to provide clear delivery notes at checkout (gate codes, buzzer numbers, where to leave the package, etc.). It is also your responsibility to collect your cookies promptly if we are unable to reach your door.
π§ Storage Tips
Refrigerate cookies with frosting within 2 hours of delivery for best taste and texture. They'll stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to a month. Bring to room temperature for 10 minutes before eating for the best experience.

What if I'm not home?
You don't need to be home. We'll leave your cookies at your doorstep (or the closest safe spot if we can't reach your door) and text you immediately. Please collect them as soon as possible and refrigerate any frosted items within 2 hours.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We deliver along an optimised route, so we can't guarantee a specific time slot. Delivery times vary each week and are shown at checkout. You'll receive a text the moment your cookies arrive.
Do you deliver to apartments?
Yes! We deliver to all apartment buildings in Auckland. Please include your unit number and buzzer/intercom code in the delivery instructions at checkout. If your building has a concierge or reception, we can leave the package there β just let us know. If we can't reach your unit and don't get a buzzer response, we'll call or text you directly.
Do you deliver to hotels?
Absolutely. We deliver to hotel and motel receptions. In your delivery instructions, include the hotel name, your room number, and the name you're booked under so reception can hold the package for you. If you'd prefer the driver to come to your room, mention that too and we'll do our best.
Can you deliver to rural or semi-rural areas?
Yes β we cover all of the Auckland region including rural and semi-rural areas. Gravel roads, lifestyle blocks, long driveways β no problem. Add any access details in your delivery instructions (e.g. "drive past the first gate, take the left fork"). Some distant postcodes may have a small additional distance fee, which is calculated automatically at checkout.
What about long driveways or gated properties?
We'll drive up long driveways unless you tell us otherwise. For gated properties, include the gate code or PIN in your delivery instructions. If there's no code, let us know whether to call/text on arrival so you can open the gate. If we can't access your property and can't reach you by phone, we'll leave your order in the safest accessible spot and text you the location.
Do you deliver to offices and workplaces?
Yes β cookies make great office treats! We'll deliver to reception or a specific floor/entrance. Just add the company name, floor number, and any access details in the delivery instructions. For buildings with multiple businesses, make sure to mention which company the delivery is for.
What if my cookies arrive damaged?
If anything arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us with photos as soon as possible. We'll make it right with a refund or replacement for items that were damaged before delivery was completed.
Please note: Once delivery is completed, responsibility passes to you. We cannot offer refunds or credits for issues that occur after your cookies have been delivered (delayed collection, theft, weather, pests, etc.).
What happens if you can't deliver my order?
This is extremely rare β 99.99% of orders are delivered successfully. If we can't deliver for any reason (incorrect address, no access, unresponsive phone), your order may be rescheduled for delivery on the following delivery day. We'll always contact you to let you know and arrange the best time.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Address changes need to be made before the order cutoff for your delivery date. After that, our routes are finalised. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
What does "distance fee" mean?
We deliver to all of Auckland, but some postcodes are further from our bakery. For those addresses, a small additional distance fee is added at checkout. You'll see the exact amount before you pay β no surprises.
Do you use third-party couriers?
No. Every delivery is made by our own team. Your frosted cookies need careful handling β we'd never trust that to a third-party courier. Think of it like DoorDash or Uber Eats, but specifically for cookies and run by us.
How will I know when my cookies arrive?
You'll receive a text message the moment your cookies are delivered. Some drivers may also send an "on the way" heads up. Make sure the phone number on your order is correct and that you have your phone handy on delivery day.
