Before we open nationwide delivery to all of New Zealand, we want to understand the full journey: how your cookies travel overnight, how the packaging holds up, and how everything looks and tastes when it reaches you. Early customers and fans will help us spot problems, make changes and get the details right.

We strongly encourage feedback about your experience. Eligible feedback activities will earn cashback rewards through Dipped’s rewards system, whether your feedback is positive or highlights something we need to fix.

Am I placing an order by signing up?
No. You’re registering interest. There’s no payment or obligation to order, and signing up doesn’t guarantee an immediate invitation.
Will you deliver to my part of New Zealand?
Nationwide delivery is what we’re working towards. Pilot coverage will be confirmed as invitations open. We’ll explain address eligibility, delivery options and costs before you order.
Is overnight delivery guaranteed?
The pilot is designed to test overnight delivery, including how our desserts arrive after the journey. Delivery estimates, dispatch days and any limitations for your address will be confirmed before you place an order.
How do feedback rewards work?
Your invitation will set out the feedback activities, cashback amounts, eligibility and how rewards are credited. Rewards recognise your participation and honest feedback; they never depend on a positive rating.
What if something goes wrong?
Please tell us. Keep your packaging and take photos if you can, then contact Dipped with your order number. Finding and fixing issues is a central part of the pilot, and we’ll help you with your order.
