Can my café or shop stock Dipped cookies?
Start with our wholesale range for cafés, shops and other resellers. For an ongoing supply arrangement, tell us your location, expected weekly quantity, storage facilities and preferred delivery days. We’ll confirm the right products and arrangements with you.
Can we collaborate on custom cookies for a brand or launch?
We welcome ideas for flavour collaborations, product launches and gifting campaigns. Send us your brief, quantity, budget and required date. Custom flavours, artwork, packaging and other requests need to be discussed and confirmed before you book; they are not standard inclusions.
Which service should I use for corporate cookie gifts?
Our corporate gifts page covers client thank-yous and team gifting. Choose a normal gift box for an individual recipient, wholesale packs for a larger handout, or send an enquiry for a coordinated campaign. Each online order has one delivery address; multiple addresses need planning with our team.
Do you cater Auckland business events?
Yes. Use our catering calculator for the current menu, quantities and available date options. For a launch, conference or event with a larger or more detailed brief, contact us to confirm quantities, delivery access, timing and serving requirements.
How far ahead should we enquire?
As early as you can once you have a target date. Capacity depends on the menu, quantity and type of project. A conversation or enquiry does not reserve stock or a delivery slot; we’ll confirm availability and next steps with you.
Can we discuss a longer-term commercial partnership?
Yes. If your business can help bring Dipped to more customers through retail, distribution, venues or another complementary relationship, send a short introduction using the commercial partnership option. For strategic investment or acquisition enquiries, our Built at Dipped page introduces the business and provides an enquiry route to our founder.
