Most internships give you busy work and a coffee run. At Dipped, you'll be in the kitchen, in the conversations that matter, and learning how a real food business works from the inside. We sell out every single week — and you'll help make that happen.
You'll pick up skills you can't learn in a classroom — recipe development, food production, branding, logistics, customer experience — working alongside people who've done this before and genuinely want to help you grow.
You'll actually learn stuff.
We're a small team, which means you won't be watching from the sidelines. You'll be hands-on with everything — from baking and recipe development to packaging, delivery logistics, and how we run the business day to day.
Our team has been through the process of building and growing food businesses before, so we know what we're doing — and more importantly, we know how to teach it. You'll get real mentorship from people who want to see you succeed.
