Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, our rotating menu, and more.

Our Cookies

What makes your cookies different from other cookies?

Our cookies are much bigger than normal cookies – larger than Cookie Time, and about 2-3 times larger than Subway cookies. But size isn't everything.

What really sets us apart: Every cookie features decorative frostings and premium toppings, and we use real ingredients like real butter, vanilla bean seeds, and high-quality chocolate. Most mass-produced cookies contain corn syrup, fillers, and oils to make them shelf-stable for months.

Our cookies don't contain these. They're not designed to last forever – they're real, home-baked cookies from our Auckland micro-bakery, made fresh for you each week.

Why does your menu change every week?

Every single week from Monday to Sunday, we rotate our entire menu with brand new flavours inspired by New Zealand's favourite desserts and iconic treats from around the world – many appearing in cookie form for the first time ever in NZ.

This means every flavour is limited edition. Once the week is over, that particular lineup may not return. We release hundreds of unique flavours each year, so keep your eye on the menu to catch your favourites before they're gone.

💡 Pro tip: Follow us on social media and enable notifications to be first to know when new flavours drop each Monday.

Ordering

When can I order?

Weekly ordering windows: Orders for each week's menu open at midnight on Monday and close at midnight on Sunday.

If you miss the cut-off, you won't be able to order that week's flavours – so it's best to get in early. We recommend ordering at the start of the week to guarantee your favourites before they sell out.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We don't have a physical store yet (but we're working on it!). Right now, the only way to order is online or at various markets across the Auckland region.

You can pick up from our popup locations at markets or get delivery. There's no option for in-store pickup because we don't yet have a permanent retail location.

Can I order cookies for events or catering?

Yes! We offer catering for events, functions, birthdays, weddings, and more. Check out our catering page for more details and to get a quote.

Delivery & Pickup

How does pickup work?

You can pick up your order completely free at one of our Auckland market popup locations. Simply select your preferred market during checkout and collect your cookies fresh on the day.

Check our locations page to see where we'll be this week.

What happens if a pickup event is cancelled?

Occasionally, a pickup event may be cancelled due to bad weather (heavy rain, storms) or other circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we'll notify you by email and text with a link to choose one of two options:

Option 1: Discounted Delivery ($5.99) — We'll deliver your order to any Auckland address for a flat rate of just $5.99, regardless of where you are. That's at least 40% off our standard delivery fee, often more — and there are no long-distance fees. This is the easiest way to still get your cookies without waiting.

Option 2: 70% Refund — If you'd prefer a refund, we'll process 70% of your order total back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Why 70% instead of a full refund? By the time a market event is cancelled, we've already baked (or started baking) your cookies. The ingredients have been purchased, the dough has been mixed, and in many cases your cookies are already out of the oven. The 30% covers the cost of ingredients and preparation that have already gone into your order. We know it's not ideal, which is why we always recommend the discounted delivery option — you still get your freshly baked cookies!

How does delivery work?

We deliver across all of Auckland — houses, apartments, hotels, offices, rural properties, and more. If you have an Auckland address, we can deliver to it. 99.99% of orders are successfully delivered.

Our own drivers: Your cookies are delivered by our own team, not third-party couriers. This means careful handling of frosted items and cookies that arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery dates: Our delivery days change each week based on our baking schedule. Available dates and times are shown at checkout. We'll text you the moment your cookies arrive.

Delivery instructions: At checkout, there's a delivery instructions field. We strongly recommend filling this in — it's displayed prominently to our drivers and we always read it. Include things like buzzer codes, gate PINs, unit numbers, "leave at back door", or any other helpful details.

For more details, see our delivery information page.

Do you deliver to apartments, hotels, and offices?

Apartments: Yes — include your unit number and buzzer/intercom code in the delivery instructions. If your building has a concierge, we can leave it there. If we can't reach your unit, we'll call or text you.

Hotels: Yes — add the hotel name, your room number, and the name the booking is under. We'll deliver to reception.

Offices: Yes — include the company name, floor number, and any access details. We'll deliver to reception or a specific entrance.

Do you deliver to rural areas and long driveways?

Yes — we cover all of the Auckland region, including rural and semi-rural areas. Gravel roads, lifestyle blocks, long driveways — no problem. Add any access details in your delivery instructions (e.g. "drive past the first gate, take the left fork").

For gated properties, include the gate code or PIN, or let us know to call/text on arrival so you can open it. If we can't access your property and can't reach you by phone, we'll leave your order in the safest accessible spot and text you.

Some distant postcodes may have a small additional distance fee, calculated automatically at checkout.

Do I need to be home when my delivery arrives?

No. We'll leave your cookies at your doorstep (or the closest safe spot if we can't reach your door) and text you immediately. Please collect them as soon as possible and refrigerate any frosted items within 2 hours.

Keep your phone handy: Our drivers may need to call or text you if they have questions — a tricky address, a locked gate, or something unexpected. Please pick up if you see a call from an unknown number on delivery day.

What if you can't deliver my order?

This is extremely rare — 99.99% of orders are delivered successfully on the first attempt. If we can't deliver for any reason (incorrect address, no access, no response to calls), your order may be rescheduled for delivery on the following delivery day. We'll always contact you to arrange the best time.

How do the cookies arrive?

Cookies arrive in our custom packaging made from thick card with protective lids. Frosted items are secured so nothing shifts during transport. All cookies are baked fresh the same day they're delivered.

You'll receive a text message the moment your cookies are delivered. Keep your phone nearby during the delivery window and make sure the phone number on your order is correct.

What does "distance fee" mean?

We deliver to all of Auckland, but some postcodes are further from our bakery. For those addresses, a small additional distance fee is added at checkout. You'll see the exact amount before you pay — no surprises.

Storage & Care

Can I store the cookies? How long do they last?

Yes! If you're not going to consume the cookies right away, we always recommend putting them in the fridge for best texture and taste.

General storage rules:

  • Cookies with frostings/fillings/whipped cream: Must be refrigerated within 2 hours of delivery or purchase. Store up to 5 days in the fridge.
  • Cookies without frostings: Can be stored at room temperature (preferably in an air-tight container) for up to 5 days. Examples: Choc Chunk cookie and similar plain cookies.

Can you freeze them? Yes! Place cookies in an air-tight container and freeze for up to a month. To defrost: let them thaw in the fridge. If they don't have frostings, you can move them to room temp (preferably in an air-tight container). If they have frostings or fillings, keep them in the fridge.

Other Questions

What if I'm unhappy with my order?

If you're buying in-person: We always show you the cookies before purchase. If you're unhappy with any of them, you can ask to swap it out for another copy or request another flavour.

For delivery orders: Since it's food, we cannot accept returns, but we do issue refunds if the item is unsatisfactory.

You can request a refund for:

  • Improperly frosted cookies/desserts
  • Cookies missing decorative elements or ingredients listed in the online description
  • Inedible/raw/other quality issues

We cannot refund: If you simply don't like the flavour, or if you've already eaten the entire cookie. Basic principles really.

After delivery: Once your desserts have been delivered, responsibility for the order passes onto you. We always recommend collecting and storing your desserts as soon as possible. Our policies do not cover store credits, refunds, partial refunds, or other compensation for issues that happen after delivery has been completed, such as desserts spoiling due to a delay in collection, package theft, insects getting into your packages, weather damage, and so on. We can only help in cases where the issues occurred before delivery was completed.
