If neededSafe in an airtight container for a couple of days, but the texture firms up. A quick 10–15 second warm-up in the microwave brings back most of the softness.

Not recommendedFreezing drastically changes the texture of sweet rolls — safe, but that fresh-baked fluffiness doesn't survive it. Enjoy them fresh instead!
