Fridge
Up to 1 weekAirtight container, up to a week. Enjoy chilled, or give it 10 seconds in the microwave to bring back that fresh-from-the-oven feel.
Freezer
Up to 1 monthYes — cookies freeze beautifully! Wrap individually (or a freezer bag with the air pressed out) and they'll keep for up to a month.
To thaw: move from the freezer to the fridge for several hours (overnight is perfect), then let it come up to room temperature. In a hurry? 10–15 seconds in the microwave takes it straight to warm, gooey perfection.
